Viridian’s Order Process
We are easy to do business with and eager to help make your next project a success! We have LEED® Accredited Professionals on staff to provide technical assistance, product samples and marketing support. 1. Request a quote.
Ordering reclaimed wood has its quirks but we make it quick and easy. Gather up your ideas and specifications and then contact us:

- by email at firstname.lastname@example.org it is helpful to know:
- What product(s) you are interested in
- Approximate quantities
- Project location, name and contact info
- Delivery timeline
- Any other information you think we should know
2. Iron out the details.
We will email you a Quote / Sales Order outlining product specifications and other important details.
To initiate an order sign the Sales Order and return both with the required deposit. Upon receipt of these items your order will either be shipped or go into production and you will receive and estimated ship date.
3. Confirm shipping.
All products are banded and unitized for forklift handling and loaded onto a flatbed or semi-trailer for free. All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point. We are happy to assist you in coordinating local or national delivery, call for details.
4. Finalize payment and receive your order!
We will notify you when your order is almost finished so that you can make arrangements for final payment.
